Reminders will be sent to you each month to submit club activity reports that will be included in the ICBDA Newsletter and posted on the ICBDA website. Information about the online process (carouseltracker.com) will be sent to you once your club is established. The online tool is fast and easy to use for reporting your teaches and favorite dances. |

Relocation: Clubs may not be moved to different cities unless majority of dances move also. |
